What are we looking for?

Skillteam is looking for two Account Managers to join its Sales department in Brussels.

Function

The Account Manager manages his/her allocated customer portfolio and seeks actively new business opportunities. The Account Manager’s role includes: manage and develop a long-term relationship with existing customers, develop new customer relations, represent the company in the market, provide the Skillteam management with information on market and customers trends.

Main activities are:

  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to realize new opportunities. Cross-selling
  • Ensure customer satisfaction on service delivery, by means of a regular control in order to strengthen the relationship.
  • Monitor and coordinate, from a relational point of view, the project’s progress at the customer
  • Promote Skillteam as IT provider, by his/her presence on the market
  • Organize and maintain contacts with other parties who may contribute to the achievement of business objectives.
  • Maintenance of internal CRM system
  • Active prospection, with respect to guidelines, with the objective to conclude contracts with new customers.
  • Develop marketing campaigns to approach target groups effectively in accordance with business strategy
  • Prepare offers and proposals
  • Follow the procedures relating to proposals and contracts
  • Inform management about any prospection. 

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Business or equivalent experience You have minimum 5 years of experience in the B2B sector.
  • You have an interest in the IT sector.
  • You easily assimilate information about products and services.
  • You are fluent in French and Dutch (oral and written).
  • You have excellent English writing skills.
  • You are communicative, proactive, customer-oriented and you have a good team spirit.
  • You have an analytical mind and are eager to learn about new technologies
  • You are result-oriented
  • You have the ability to analyze and synthesize.
  • You have excellent negotiation skills.
